There are 19 studios of various sizes, each on our Rue d' Art. Outside units are 10x10 and include a built-in wrap-around desk, chair, one wall of shelves, and two shelf units in the hallway with large storage drawers. We have free Wifi and a kitchen. 15' ceilings. Great synergy throughout our "village."
Outside units run $200/mo, and can be shared. Inside units run from $75 to $150 a month. The leases run for THREE MONTHS, so you can rotate out or stay on as long as you wish.
To keep a good mix, we try not to be too heavy with one genre, like jewelry. We would love to get more business oriented creative people - like interior decorators, wedding/videographers, talent agents, graphic designers, custom clothing designers, architects, etc; people who would like to have a place to meet clients outside their homes as well as get more exposure from foot traffic. We would also like to add wood workers, airbrush artists, polymer clay artists and sculptors.
