Studio Rental 
 
You will need to come in to be placed on the waiting list.  

• Spaces rent for 3 month terms.  The total is due when you sign up.
  
• You may share space with another person.
  
• Units along outside walls are $195 a month, plus a $50 cleaning deposit.
  
• Inside units are $125 a month with a cleaning deposit.
  
• There is a $15 key charge.  These keys cannot be copied.  One key per unit.
  
• You have 24 hour access and there is a kitchenette.
  
• Renters are required to pitch in for major advertising and postcards.

•  No drugs, alcohol or smoking permitted.  Anyone with unruly behavior will be outsted.
