Studio Q - Laura Harvey

Laura Harvey is a resident of Fayette County and a University of Georgia student studying for a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts and Graphic Design.

Laura was awarded a Graphic Design summer internship at the offices of Rolling Stone magazine in New York City in the summer of 2008.  This summer, she is working in the Graphic Design department for the Extension Service/Forestry Division in Athens, Georgia.

She was the recipient of the Senior Art Student of the Year at Starr’s Mill High School, Fayette County Fine Arts Scholarship for Freshman, and 2008-09 Cliff Chandler Graphic Design Scholarship.

Laura is skilled in Adobe Design CS3, Adobe Photoshop CS#, Adobe Illustrator CS3, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint.  Laura works in all mediums included photography, and particularly enjoy charcoal.
